Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. Please also understand that appointment times are limited. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other patients, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice. Appointments not confirmed 48 hours prior to your visit will be cancelled. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without a 48-hour notice will incur a fee of $50.00.
The first time a patient misses an appointment it will be accounted for in your file. All future appointments may incur a reservation fee prior to rescheduling.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to book an appointment for your pending treatment needed, once your examination has been completed by one of our doctors, a minimum 20% deposit will be collected prior to your next visit. If we do not receive a 48-hr notice to cancel your appointment, your 20% deposit is non-refundable. In order to be respectful of fellow patients, please call the office at (614) 235-5560 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (614) 235-5560 between the hours of 9 am-4:30 pm on Monday-Thursday. Only if necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message or send us an email at info@hotsmiledental.com. We will return your call/email as soon as possible.
