COVID-19 Information
Your Health and Safety are our top priorities
While infection control has always been a top priority in our office, we have increased our safety protocols according to CDC recommendations, in an effort to reduce your exposure risk to COVID-19. Masks are required
In accordance with local and state mandates, we require that all visitors to our office wear masks or face coverings at all times while inside our building, except during dental treatment. We thank you for your cooperation.
No Public Restrooms
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have restrooms available at this time.
Temperature Checks
When you arrive, we will take your temperature to check for a possible fever. Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick. Please let us know, and we will be happy to reschedule you.
Screening Questions
Before each of your in-office visits, we will ask you to fill out a COVID-19 risk assessment form online through your patient portal. Please call us if you need assistance.
Phone and Video Appointments
For your safety, we conduct some of our examination appointments over the phone or via video call. For more information, please call our office.
Parking Lot Check-in
Please call us at (614) 235-5560 when you arrive to your appointment, and we will complete your check-in while you wait in your car. Please keep in mind that only the patient is allowed in the treatment area, unless the patient is a minor or needs assistance.
